The room was clean and tidy, which was a big plus. Bed was really comfy, and I loved the high-quality towels. It felt cozy and welcoming. The shower could’ve had better water pressure though—that was a bit of a letdown. But overall, I was happy with the stay.

will definitely go again next time
The location was perfect for hikes, right by South Downs Way and Beachy Head. Room was super clean with a comfy bed, fridge, microwave, and kettle. Loved the free tea and coffee. Plus, there’s a cozy armchair for the end of the day. Nearby pubs and supermarkets made it super convenient.

The Deluxe Double Room was clean and tidy, with high-quality towels provided. The location near the beach was perfect, surrounded by good restaurants and cafes. it lacked some additional amenities, making the overall experience feel a bit limited. The bus service from the station was convenient but could be inconsistent at times.

Solo Traveler Should Definitely Consider It
I spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room with Shower and the place was spotless like you wouldn’t believe. The owner set everything up perfectly for me with all the essentials and the location next to the mountain and beachy head was just ideal
It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know what, for that kind of quality, it was still acceptable.

The location offered a beautiful view from the window.
The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low.

Had a lovely stay for two nights! The fridge and kettle in the room were great for winding down after long hikes, and I really enjoyed relaxing in the comfy armchair provided. Just a heads-up, the WiFi was a bit spotty, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 😊
